During the transmision of ownership we will assist you with the following services:

• Opening a bank account .
• Obtaining a Spanish taxnumber ( N.I.E.) .
• Choice of legal advisers to assist in the operation.
• Setting up standing orders for electricity, water, telephone, taxes etc…
• Assistance at the notary.
• Registry of the property and change of ownership in the local cadaster office.

So far so good!!

We are fully aware that after obtaining the property there are a few other matters to think of and therefore offer the following after-services.

• We can arrange for house insurance, contents, as well as boat insurance, medical insurance etc…
• Setting up a will (…in the unlikely event …a Spanish will, can save you a painstaking amount of time and money) .
• Through our accountant we can arrange Income tax returns, obtaining Residency in Spain, pay the local taxes, matriculate foreign cars etc…
• We work together with local builders and can take on any kind of work to be done, small reperations, renovations or even building a new home. We will control the works as well as arranging all building licenses or assistance with the architect.
• We have a monthly service on checking on the properties backed up by written reports to the owners.
• We can arrange for car hire service, or pick up service at the Málaga Intl. Airport.
• We have our own Maintenance staff which can look after the property while you are away, or preparing the house before your arrival.
• Through our own rental service we can rent out the property as a holiday home ( short or long term rentals)
• We know the better and cheaper establishements, shops, warehouses and can give you good advise on where to buy furniture, garden materials, decoration items etc…
